Shipping policy

 

Calendars: Calendars will be shipped on or just prior to the date in the product description. Wine: The initial shipment will be made in the timeframe noted on the product page. 

 

Disclaimer: customers pay all shipping which includes initial, return, third fail delivery and reshipping. Our ongoing production time is currently 7-10 business days. Once your product is made, it will be shipped via FedEx. Should current events change our production and/or shipping schedule, you will be notified via email. Please email fanpours@fanpours.com.com for more information. 21+ SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY: By law, all alcohol orders require an adult signature for delivery. The Customer is responsible for having an adult, 21+ years of age or older, available to sign for & accept the shipment. Please send your wine to a home or business address where an individual at least 21 years of age is available during regular business hours to sign. Package will NOT be left without an adult signature FedEx DELIVERY: FedEx will make up to 3 delivery attempts and it is the responsibility of the Customer to make alternate arrangements if necessary. After 3 attempts, your package will be sent back to our Shipping Department. You will then be notified if you would like the package sent back to you. Each shipment is subject to additional shipping charges. Failed Delivery: The customer is responsible for the original shipping charges if they would like a refund of a non-customized bottle due to a failed delivery attempt. Failed delivery attempts include but are not limited to: Customer not having an adult present to sign for the package, Incorrect address input into the order or recipient refusing delivery. Re-shipment of order: The Customer is responsible for any re-ship fees.
